How we’re handling the Coronavirus

From 29th March 2021

One-to-one training sessions will be outdoors, more than one family member can attend the one-to-one sessions.

From April 2021

Group Classes will be outdoors at the Gibraltar Recreation Ground. One person from each household can attend.

General guidlines –

Please make sure to follow these safety measures during one-to-one sessions:

  • Bring your own equipment such as leads, water and water bowls, treats, mats or beds.
  • Social distancing rules must be observed throughout every activity. This is a 2 metre distance between each individual.
  • If you or anyone in your household has symptoms the one-to-one session will be rescheduled for a later date. For Group Classes you can attend the online class.
  • Wash hands for twenty seconds before and after sessions.

We have teamed with Absolute Dogs to bring you Sexier Than A Squirrel Challenge! An online 25 Days of Video Tuition – You’ll learn how to train your dog to choose YOU over distractions.

As the government guidelines are changing during the COVID-19 pandemic we are adapting our services to ensure your dogs and puppies are getting the best out of their training.

Here at Horton Dogs, we need to consider our own welfare, the welfare of our clients and be responsible in our working practices.

Classes and Workshops:

We are excited to announce that we are making plans to bring you in person classes starting soon. Priority for the spaces will be given to current Club Members.

These are the measures we will be putting in place during group classes:

  • Bring your own equipment such as leads, water and water bowls, treats, mats or beds.
